WELCOME IN TOURIST MUNICIPALITY MORAVSKE TOPLICE!
It turned out, that work in Hockey club Moravske Toplice is set by team of individuals on manner, that is „decorating" best sport collectivities usually. Next to sport achievements of this Hockey club, that already has titles of state champion, good direction is also basic reason, that this club is, in relatively short time of its existence, already for the third time organizer of European championship in field hockey.
Although it is fact, that field hockey in Slovenia has roots in Prekmurje and it is till today not so known in slovene public, it must be noted, that number of the youngs, that decide for this interesting collective sport in our region, is increasing. Because of that it is wish of all that directly or indirectly cooperate at preparing of this European Championship in field hockey in Moravske Toplice, to place this sport between those sport disciplines in Slovenia, which have right to gain at least some financial means from common fund, from which also other less known sports are being financed, especially now, when Hockey club Moravske Toplice will not only participate but also organize European championship.
Since we were not able to gain this finances, must I as already several times so far, to thank all sponsors, which enable us with theirs contributions realization of European Championship in Moravske Toplice. Since this event is also our common promotion and it has exceptional meaning for development in this tourist destination, I am sure that our guests from Serbia, Lithuania, Bolgaria, Sweden, Norway, Turkey and Cyprus, will bear on return to their friends beautiful impressions and references from our region. This way contributions of our sponsors will be most fairly returned. To all participant of European Championship in field hockey in Moravske Toplice, I wish good stay and to achieve best score as possible. Since our female team competes at the same time on European Championship in field hockey in Austria, I wish both teames, male in female, to place in higher level of this competition.
